There’s no WME Without ‘Me’: Introducing Accounts Administrator Louise
Hands-down the bubbliest team member of the office, Louise is a core part of WME. While she technically holds the role of Accounts Administrator, Louise is the kind of team player who’s happy to wear multiple hats – from filling in at the reception desk to taking charge of our end-of-year Christmas tree.
Learn about the lovable Louise in our latest blog segment. (Psst. If you happen to bump into her today, make sure you wish her a very happy *19th* birthday.)
Name: Louise Stephens
Role: Accounts Receivable
A little about myself:
I am a very passionate Melbourne Football Club supporter who loves Bernie Vince. I am also a member of the Victorian Racing Club, Melbourne Cricket Club.
I enjoy cheese and wine day/nights, and having a couple of wines after all the cheese is gone! I am recently engaged and planning a wedding that will cost one million dollars.
When was the first time you heard about the internet?
I remember the dial tone, and that my brother and I had to unplug the phone line. Our house phone was always engaged, so our parents made a rule that we only got one hour per night on the internet. After they went to bed, we used to plug the internet back in and use MSN.
What is the most rewarding part of your job?
Before I started in this role I had no accounts knowledge. I have now been with WME for two years. I have an amazing team, and no day is the same. I feel privileged to be an employee of WME.
My hobbies include anything and everything to do with the Melbourne Football Club, and hanging out with friends and family. My favourite season is autumn/winter because AFL is back, and you can wear scarves and hats.
I dislike chocolate, sweet foods and soft drinks! My nickname is Weasel.
