There’s no WME Without ‘Me’: Introducing Account Manager Johnathon
Stepping up this week to the cultural segment we have Johnathon who, in his own words, describes himself as “a fairly remarkable human being”. Find out how this football-golf playing Account Manager puts the #MeinWME (and still has time to see Alice Cooper) below!
Name: Johnathon Salamon
Role: Account Manager
A little about myself…
I am a fairly remarkable human being really. I love to get out and travel, and to also get outside as much as I can. I am sports mad, and will watch anything. Love my music and throwing money at my hobbies (and any opportunity to have a beverage and talk some rubbish).
When was the first time you heard about the internet?
Friends showing me videos we definitely shouldn’t have been watching on funnyjunk.com.au. We would wait for hours for a thirty-second, not-that-funny clip that would leave us crying from laughter.
What is the most rewarding part of your job?
Being able to learn about different industries and different people. I also enjoy working on campaigns for plumbers one day, and lawyers the next. It keeps things interesting.
Hobbies:
Playing golf, talking about golf, buying things that don’t make me any better at golf. Also, football-golf. Same goes for guitars…and anything competitive. Playing ‘who can throw the paper in the bin the most times’, etc.
Interesting fact:
I have seen shock-rock hero Alice Cooper, 9 times. I love that guy.
